Types Of Business Loans Not Eligible For Financing And Earning Miles Through This Program
  • Loans for non-profit organizations. The business should be a profitable operation for at least 2 fiscal years.
  • If the loan is for commercial real estate, the borrower must occupy at least 51% of the existing building.
  • If the loan is for the new construction of commercial real estate, the borrower must occupy at least 60% of the new building.
  • Business real estate loans should have at least 10% equity or cash for down payment.
  • Residential and investment properties are not eligible for business financing.
  • Business line of credit loans are not available. Only term loans are available.
  • These are business loans made to businesses, with the business held as obligor and/or guarantor. Personal loans are not eligible for business financing.
