a stand alone Home Equity loan
through the
Awards For Mortgage And Real Estate program that has been paid
off within the previous 12 months from the date of a new stand
alone Home Equity loan
application being submitted through the Awards For Mortgage And
Real Estate program, does not qualify to earn miles for a new stand
alone Home Equity
loan (The 12 month pay off restriction and 50,000 total mileage
bonus limit only applies to Home Equity loans).
- Real Estate Agent Services: 50,000 additional
Mileage Plan Bonus Miles when you buy AND sell your home or business
property through a participating real estate
agent in the Awards For Mortgage And Real Estate program (25,000
Bonus Miles for each buy and/or sell transaction). That's in
addition to earning 3,000 miles for each $10,000 of your home's purchase
and/or sale price, and in addition to earning 2,000 miles for each
$10,000 of a business property’s purchase and/or
sale price through a participating real estate agent, as well as
5,000 Bonus Miles for using multiple services.
