Step 2: Once registered, you will have the option to work directly with your choice of one of these national leading home loan providers: CITIMORTGAGE, CHASE HOME FINANCE, WACHOVIA CORPORATE MORTGAGE SERVICES, and WASHINGTON MUTUAL HOME LOANS. These lenders have a streamlined loan process, great rates, and a wide variety of home loan products including zero down payment options which makes getting a loan fast, easy, and stress free. To qualify for Futuretrust points, home loan products, pricing, and services, you must submit your application either here online with CitiMortgage, Chase Home Finance, Washington Mutual Home Loans or Wachovia Corporate Mortgage Services or by phone with a home loan professional from CITIMORTGAGE, CHASE HOME FINANCE, WACHOVIA CORPORATE MORTGAGE SERVICES, or WASHINGTON MUTUAL HOME LOANS at 1-866-907-2800.* (Click Here for a list of lender office hours) Home loan applications submitted through any other phone number, online site, or branch office are not eligible to earn Futuretrust points in this program.

Step 3: Close your loan through either CITIMORTGAGE, CHASE HOME FINANCE, WACHOVIA CORPORATE MORTGAGE SERVICES, or WASHINGTON MUTUAL HOME LOANS. Your Futuretrust points will be posted to your account approximately six to eight weeks after your loan closes.

Step 3: Close on the sale or purchase of your home through the participating real estate agent. Your Futuretrust points will be posted to your account approximately six to eight weeks after the purchase or sale of your home.
