- Home Equity Loans: 6,500 Hilton HHonors bonus
points for every $10,000 financed at closing (regularly 3,250 points
per $10,000 - a 3,250 point bonus) with a second mortgage Home Equity Loan
or Line Of Credit from Wachovia's Corporate Mortgage Services division.
This special bonus is available on both stand alone Home Equity Loans and
on Home Equity Loans closed on the same day and property address with a
Wachovia first mortgage loan. For eligibility, provide reservation code
HHEX2 at the time of registration. Customers who have opened up and originated
a stand alone Home Equity loan through the Awards For Mortgage And Real
Estate program that has been paid off within the previous 12 months from
the date of a new stand alone Home Equity loan application being submitted
through the Awards For Mortgage And Real Estate program, does not qualify
to earn bonus points for a new stand alone Home Equity loan (The 12 month
pay off restriction only applies to Home Equity loans).
- Real Estate Agent Services: 40,000 additional
Hilton HHonors bonus points when you buy AND sell your home through a participating
real estate agent in the Awards For Mortgage And Real Estate program (20,000
Bonus Points for each buy and/or sell transaction). That's in addition to
earning 6,500 points for each $10,000 of your home's purchase and/or sale
price, as well as 10,000 Bonus Points for using multiple services. For eligibility,
provide reservation code REH20K at the time of registration.
