These lenders have a streamlined loan process, great rates, and a wide variety of home loan products including zero down payment options which makes getting a loan fast, easy, and stress free. Step 3: Close your loan through either CITIMORTGAGE, or WACHOVIA CORPORATE MORTGAGE SERVICES. Your Upromise ScholarDollars will be posted to your account approximately six to eight weeks after your loan closes.
