VAN LINE SERVICES

Step 1: Register Online or by calling toll free 1-888-800-8007. Please have your 10-digit Upromise Account number available. To find your Upromise account number, click on My Account on the upper left hand side of the Upromise Web site. Login into your account and you will see your account number on the upper left hand side of the page - just beneath your name.

Step 2: Once registered, a professional Relocation Counselor will work with you to select a participating van line agent and type of service to best fit your individual needs and budget. You will have the option to work directly with your choice of one of the nation’s leading van line moving companies: ALLIED VAN LINES, ATLAS VAN LINES, BEKINS VAN LINES, and NORTH AMERICAN VAN LINES. To qualify to earn the college savings contribution and other possible van line moving discounts, all van line services must be initiated and booked by calling 1-888-800-8007. Van line services booked through any other phone number, online site, or branch office are not eligible to receive the college savings contributions or other discounts through this program. Existing, current, or past customers who have already booked moves are not eligible, but may save on future moves booked through Upromise. Only interstate moves are eligible to earn Upromise Contributions through this van line program. An interstate move is when you move from one state to another.

Step 3: Complete the transfer of your household good items through the participating van line agent. Your Upromise ScholarDollars will be posted to your account approximately six to eight weeks after all household good items have been transferred and the van line transportation line haul invoice has been paid.
